Vintage Lee's Curtain Company "Miranda's Bouquet" floral balloon valance which is new in the package. It is 70% polyester/30% cotton and is 60" wide by 15" long. It fits windows up to 48" wide and is for a 2.5" curtain rod. The packaging is a little worn, and the cardboard insert has some creases. It has some tiny holes in the plastic, and there are some loose dust/debris inside the packaging.
