Vintage Hello Kitty valance (new in package) from 1999 which is 55% polyester and 45% cotton. It is 80" long by 13" tall (203 cm by 33 cm). There were two valances available, but this listing is for one. The packaging is worn in areas, the cardboard insert is bent, and there is a little bit of tape on the packaging. There is some dirt/dust stuck on the plastic flap. The valance that is still available has a large tear in the plastic.
