Vintage Quaker Lace "Wisteria" floral lace valance which is new in the package. It is 100% polyester and measures 60" by 14" with a 1 1/4 rod pocket. My camera had a hard time picking up the exact color, but it is an off-white or a light beige/cream. The plastic packaging is worn. It has a slit/hole, old sticker residue, and some tiny marks on the plastic. There is some loose dust/debris inside the packaging.
