Vintage "Mickey's Shadow" Mickey Mouse fabric from 1999/2000 which is new in the package. There are 3 yards at 44-45" wide, and it is 100% cotton. My camera had a hard time picking up the exact colors. The plastic packaging is worn with multiple small/tiny holes. The fabric has a small dark mark and a tiny dark mark which may be a printing error. I'm not sure if the fabric will have fold/crease lines since it has been folded up in the package for over 20 years.
